## Published Plans Overview

Cartpy publishes two official plans for physical-product sellers in Brazil:

### 1. Free Forever Plan (Grátis para Sempre)
- **Monthly Fixed Fee**: R$ 0 (No fixed monthly fee, forever).
- **Platform GMV Fee**: 2,5% of GMV (billed weekly).
- **Setup Fee**: No setup fee.
- **Commitment**: No minimum term or lock-in contract.
- **Account Limit**: 1 Account per user.
- **Features Included**: Physical product catalog, offer management, order management, customer records, shipping fulfillment, and connection to your own compatible payment provider account.
- **Exclusions**: Does not include transparent custom checkout or AI-driven CRO tools.

### 2. Professional Plan (Profissional)
- **Monthly Fixed Fee**: R$ 497/month (Includes 3 months free monthly-fee promotion).
- **Platform GMV Fee**: 1,5% of GMV (billed weekly).
- **Setup Fee & Installments**: Initial setup total of R$ 2.400, payable in up to 12 installments of R$ 200. Setup is non-promotional and mandatory for onboarding.
- **Minimum Contract Term**: 12-month minimum commitment.
- **Account Limit**: Multiple Accounts per user.
- **Currencies & Scope**: Sales in BRL and USD worldwide, subject to partner-gateway compatibility and applicable rules.
- **Advanced Features**: White-label custom domain, custom brand identity, transparent checkout with AI-driven CRO, advanced ad attribution, webhooks/API automations, dedicated Account Manager, and launch support.

## Separation of Cartpy Fees and Gateway Processing Fees

Payment provider processing fees (Pagar.me, Mercado Pago, Asaas, PagBank, Stripe) are charged directly by your chosen payment provider according to your contract with them. They are completely separate from Cartpy platform fees.

## Promotional Waiver & Setup Conditions

- The Professional plan monthly fee waiver (first 3 months free) applies exclusively to the monthly subscription fee.
- The setup fee (R$ 2.400 total, or up to 12 installments of R$ 200) is excluded from the monthly fee promotion.
- Sales in foreign currencies (USD) require connection to a compatible partner gateway capable of international processing.
