1. Purpose

Cartpy organizes physical-product sales end to end: product, offer, checkout, order, and fulfillment in a single flow.

These terms govern how the producer and the company holding the account use the platform. By using Cartpy, you agree to the conditions described here.

The current release serves physical-product sales exclusively.

2. Account and invitation

Access to Cartpy is invite-only. Registration requires a valid invitation, issued by another account or by Cartpy itself.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your credentials confidential, and for every activity performed under your account.

Cartpy may refuse, suspend, or restrict accounts that violate these terms or applicable law.

3. Responsibilities

The producer is responsible for the products listed, their prices, the offer conditions, and the fulfillment of every order.

The producer must comply with consumer-protection law and with the tax obligations arising from their sales.

Cartpy provides the infrastructure that organizes the sale; the consumer relationship is established between producer and buyer.

4. Payments through your own providers

Payments are processed in accounts the producer holds directly with compatible payment providers, connected through credentials the producer supplies.

Settlement, fees, and payout rules are defined by the contract between the producer and the chosen payment provider. Cartpy does not intermediate or hold those funds.

Cartpy is not a financial or payment institution and has no corporate or partnership ties with the compatible providers.

5. The Cartpy Refer+ program

Referrers join the Cartpy Refer+ program, earning a lifetime 10% commission on the Cartpy platform fees generated by the referred accounts for as long as those accounts remain active.

Settlement is monthly and requires the referrer to issue an invoice (nota fiscal) based on the report Cartpy provides.

The commission belongs to the referrer. An invitation grants the invited account no automatic discount, cashback, or financial benefit.

Detailed operational rules for the program will be published in its own regulation.

6. Termination

You may close your account at any time through the platform's official channels.

Cartpy may suspend or terminate accounts in cases of violation of these terms, fraud, misuse, or legal requirement.

Obligations already established — such as orders in progress and tax duties — remain valid after termination.

7. Governing law and venue

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil.

The competent venue will be stated in the final approved version of this document.
